The CaDC is powered by the skills, ideas, and energy of our members. Participating in our committees and teams is a great way to get the most out of your CaDC membership while helping to influence the direction of our organization.

The CaDC Steering Committee is the best way to get involved in the CaDC. The Steering Committee provides oversight, advice, and input that guides the direction of the CaDC. Meetings include status updates across all areas of the organization and discussion around key topics and decisions.
Because of the CaDC’s size and collaborative atmosphere, decisions are typically made through discussion and consensus rather than voting. Any staff person from a CaDC member agency is welcome to participate, though typically each member agency appoints a primary representative.
